Water Aerobics Classes WITH INSTRUCTOR DANA HARMON

Our Water Aerobics classes are back at the Greystone Pools! As summer heats up, exercising outside can quickly run the risk of heat exhaustion. Water exercise helps increase your energy, stamina and strength -- and it is a healthy way to cool off on those scorching summer days. PLEASE WELCOME OUR NEW FITNESS TRAINER! JEORDON DUDLEY Jeordon graduated from the University of Alabama in 2017 with a degree in psychology, but always had an interest in physical therapy. At

the YMCA, he developed a passion for personal training and has since been certified in personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. His current goal is to complete his certification in corrective exercise through NASM and add to what he can offer to his clients.
