GENERAL MANAGER’S MESSAGE

Dear Members,

Club Podcast Series We are excited to announce that our podcast series will now follow a regular biweekly schedule, with new episodes airing every other week starting July 7th. If there are any specific topics, you would like us to explore or guests you’d like to hear from, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your input is invaluable in helping us create content that is engaging and relevant to our membership. Membership continues to grow steadily, and we are pleased to see high interest from prospective members. This growth enables us to further invest in and enhance our amenities, services, and infrastructure. • With increased activity on our golf courses, we have occa sionally encountered a shortage of golf carts during peak times. To address this, we have added five additional carts at each location. While they are a slightly different shade of gray due to the discontinuation of our current color, they match the quality and technology of our existing fleet. Greystone University Returns We are pleased to offer a new session of Greystone University for Members beginning Wednesday, August 6. This six-week program runs on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and provides a behind-the-scenes look at the Club’s history, operations, financial structure, strategic planning, and gov ernance. Over 100 members have already participated and “graduated” from the program, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. If you are interested, please sign up online—we would love to have you join the next group. Thank you for your continued support and involvement in the Club. Your enthusiasm and engagement help shape the community we are building together. Growing Membership •

I hope this message finds you well and that you are enjoying a wonderful and relaxing summer. There are many exciting develop ments and improvements happening at the Club that I am thrilled to share with you:

Facilities & Grounds Improvements • Men’s Lounge: We have recently added new chairs for the poker tables, providing enhanced comfort and appropriate chairs for the area. • Pool Area Enhancements: Summer is in full swing, and we have made several upgrades to the pool area. New plantings have been added to beautify the space, and the pool bar is now in full operation. We have also worked to elevate both the quality of food and the level of service at the pool, aiming to make your experience more enjoyable and relaxing. • Patio Comfort: Evaporator fans have been placed on the Club’s patios to improve comfort during the warmer months, making it easier to enjoy outdoor spaces even on the hottest days. Lakeside Activity Center (LAC) The infrastructure for the Lakeside Activity Center Shop has been completed, and we are now moving into the final stages of preparing the interior and staffing the location. We anticipate opening the shop in August. In addition, we have upgraded the walkway lighting by replacing the old solar lights with full-size electric light poles, creating a brighter and more welcoming path from the LAC to the upper parking area. Legacy Paving Project The Legacy paving project is on track and will be completed by the end of July. This includes expanded parking of 34 new spots, widened spots by 1.5 feet each, newly paved lot and driveway, and freshly striped parking lots, which will help with traffic flow and improve the overall look and functionality of our Club.

I look forward to seeing you around the Club soon.

Warm regards,

Dave GM/CEO

PRESIDENT ’S MESSAGE

Dear Members,

At the heart of it all is a shared vision: to create positive, memorable experiences for every member and guest. Our leadership, staff, and committees are united in pursuing excellence across every part of the Club—from our exceptional service and evolving amenities to the programs that bring us together. The new pool bar and refreshed landscaping are just a few recent examples of how we’re investing in your enjoyment and comfort, with even more thoughtful improvements on the horizon. Looking forward, we remain committed to expanding the programs that matter most to our diverse membership. Whether you’re a young family, an avid golfer, a social member, or someone enjoying the quieter pace of retirement, we want Greystone to feel like it was made just for you. As your President, I’m proud to be part of a Club that holds itself to such a high standard—not just in what we do, but in how we do it. Thank you for the role each of you plays in shaping this community. Let’s continue to pursue excellence, celebrate one another, and enjoy every moment this summer brings.

There’s a special energy in the air at Greystone—a blend of tradition, momentum, and the joy of being part of something truly exceptional. As we move into the heart of summer, I want to take a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come, celebrate what we’re enjoying right now, and share a glimpse of the exciting path ahead. This year’s Regions Tradition was a powerful reminder of what makes Greystone such a unique and vibrant community. More than a premier golf tournament, it was a week filled with cama raderie, pride, and hospitality. Whether you were cheering on players, volunteering your time, or enjoying the social scene, your presence helped make the event a tremendous success. We continue to hear how much our members and guests enjoyed the experience—thank you for representing Greystone with the class and spirit that define us. That spirit has carried into an exciting season of summer events. Our Easter celebration and Mother’s Day Buffet were joyful and well-attended, and we’re looking forward to even more opportunities to gather together. The Fourth of July Celebration and Fireworks are always a Club favorite, and we’ll wrap up the season with our festive Labor Day Pool Party. These events are about more than fun—they’re about making memories with family, forging new friendships, and enjoying everything our Club has to offer.

Sloan Beatty Club President 2025
