PHYSICAL THERAPY Led by Dr. Mason McAnnally, our PT program offers personalized treatment plans to relieve pain, restore mobility, and enhance performance. Great for injury recovery, post-op rehab, or athletic tuning—especially for golfers. Options include single sessions, packages, and a full 8-week performance program. Choose between 20, 40, or 60 minute sessions or order a bulk package of six or twelve sessions. Request an appointment on the app or online under the “Wellness Services” section of the Fitness page. DIETITIAN REQUEST Nutrition support tailored to your lifestyle. Dietitian Shayna Crump offers one-on-one consultations and in-depth coaching to help you meet your wellness goals. From weight management to performance fueling, she’ll guide you with clear, actionable steps. Individual ses sions or multi-session packages available. MASSAGE THERAPY Relax and recharge with massage therapy provided by licensed therapists from Birmingham Wellness Massage. Enjoy personalized care, aromatherapy, cupping, hot stones, and more. PERSONAL TRAINING & STRETCHING Train smarter and feel better with personalized workouts and guided mobility sessions. Our expert trainers tailor each plan to your goals, and offer assisted stretching to improve flexibility, reduce soreness, and enhance recovery. Whether you’re building strength or just getting started, we’re here to help every step—and stretch—of the way. Dear Members,
Summer is a great time to reset your wellness goals and explore everything our Fitness Center has to offer. We’re looking forward to helping you stay strong, motivated, and energized all season long. You may notice a friendly new face when you walk in—please join us in welcoming Georgia Mracek, our new Fitness Desk Supervisor! She’ll be helping with check-ins, class questions, and making sure your experience is seamless from the moment you arrive. We’re also excited to announce that the TRX Tennis Camp has been extended! Due to its popularity, we’ve added additional sessions on July 11, 18, 25, and August 1, from 8:00–8:45 AM at the hard courts. This is a great opportunity for juniors to continue building strength, agility, and conditioning specific to their game. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot early! Coming up next quarter, we’ll be hosting a special dermatology educational event featuring Dr. Holly Gunn , who will discuss skin health, sun protection, and tips for caring for your skin throughout the year. The date and time will be announced soon—keep an eye on your email and the Club calendar. Don’t forget: Water Aerobics is back for the summer! Join us Wednesdays and Fridays at 10 AM at the Adult Pool. It’s included in the monthly group fitness bundle or available as a $15 drop-in. Reach out to the Fitness Center any time to learn more about the Group Fitness package. In addition to daily workouts and group classes, don’t forget about the full range of wellness services available to support your health and recovery goals. Whether you’re training hard, easing tension, or just need a little extra care, we’ve got you covered! More details about fall fitness programming, class schedules, and workshops will be shared in the coming weeks.
