GENERAL MANAGER'S MESSAGE

Dear Members,

I hope you are having a great spring and you are able to enjoy everything the Club has to offer.

We have our next class of Greystone University in the final stages before graduation. They are set to graduate at the end of June or beginning of July. We will send notice of the graduation a couple weeks in advance so you can plan to attend. We will begin our next class in September.

I would like to make you aware of two new services we are offering the members. We have begun Pizza Delivery Wednesday through Saturday from 5-9PM for members living inside the gates. Please dial direct to the dispatcher at 986-5150. You can also call this number for take out orders. We will begin with this schedule and only pizza for delivery to ensure the quality and service are excellent. If the demand is high, we will add more days, expand hours and menu items. There is a $2 delivery fee on the check and any earned gratuity can be given in cash or written in on the check. Also, we have begun our lawn care service for members inside the gates. We offer chemical applications, irrigation repair, and full landscape maintenance. Here is what some of our clients have said: " Our lawn and shrubbery are in the best shape they have been for a long time! We are so happy regarding all the work that has been done this spring. " — Doral & Brenda Atkins " Our experience with Greystone Lawn has been outstanding. Brandon and team have gone above and beyond. We appreciate their care and attention to detail. " —Mike Baker If you are interested, please contact the lawn care department at lawncare@greystonecc.com, or by calling 980-5215. Our refurbishment project for the main floor at Founders is scheduled for oak floor installation the week of June 11th. All the furniture for the foyer is in Birmingham being stored until the floors are complete. The large area rugs are lagging since they are coming from overseas. The main dining room carpet and chairs are scheduled for the end of August time frame. Overall, with all the pieces coming together, the entire project will be complete by September.

There are so many amazing events planned for the summer. I hope you can take advantage of some of the fun. The pools are set to open daily beginning Friday, May 24. Join the swim team, take swim lessons, and throw a summer pool party. The golf, fitness and tennis departments have so many great programs for the whole family to take advantage of enjoying. The food and beverage team has added the southern lunch buffet Wednesday through Saturday and a new summer menu will soon be unveiled. You will notice service improvements have occurred with new team members. If you haven’t been to Cellar 91 for a while, I believe you will be pleasantly surprised. You don’t want to miss our daily Happy Hour Wednesday-Saturday from 5-6:30PM with $2 off all alcohol and half price appetizers. Tuesday is Pizza and Pints night, so we do offer Happy Hour on the alcohol purchases. I hope you can spend more time with us this summer and enjoy your membership to the fullest. I look forward to seeing you around campus. Dave Porter General Manager
