NOTE 17 – FUND BALANCE DETAIL The City maintains three enterprise funds that account for the sewer, storm drainage and refuse utilities. The City considers each of its enterprise funds to be a segment. Since the required segment information is already included in the City’s proprietary funds’ Balance Sheet and Statement of Revenues, Expenses and Changes in Fund Net Position balances, this information has not been repeated in the Notes to the Financial Statements. Fund equity balances are classified as follows to reflect the limitations and restrictions of the respective funds.
