Administrative Costs-Actions requiring payment for administrative costs may be billed to the applicant. Administrative costs may include but are not limited to the following: staff time, publishing costs, copying costs, printing costs, mailing and consulting costs. The actual hourly rates of the employees will be used plus a multiplier of 2.0 for benefits, overhead, etc.
