Description Make repairs to the landscaping walls that are located along the path that goes from 1st avenue to the tunnel.

Total Project Cost: $110,000

Justification Some walls are starting to deteriorate others are starting to lean. Replace some of the walls, and reset the walls that are tipping with existing blocks that are good. Hard surfaces may need to be included in this project. Evaluate at a later date.
