Justification This is a landlocked area where there are frequent drainage and flooding issues that impact property resulting in the need of city assistance to help protect and mitigate flooding issues. The project will implement solutions to reduce the need for frequent city assistance and improve drainage and flooding. Total Project Cost: $200,000
