Description New park that was in the Parks Master Plan at the corner of CH69 that serves the western end of Windermere. Will have fields and play area. This has already been sketched out by D.R. Horton as part of the future development and ties into the master parks and trail plan for the area. Will include a field along with preservation of a bluff node that is heavily wooded. Total Project Cost: $550,000

Justification Park is for the homes on the west end of Winderemere as identified in the Park Master Plan.
