TEEN INTRO TO COMPETITIVE SWIMMING Is your child considering joining a swim team but needs some extra practice? Want your child to continue to swim but they mastered all lesson levels? Join us on Thursdays for an hour of practice where we will be focusing on enhancing stroke techniques, practicing swim sets, getting comfortable using equipment like fins, pull buoys and more. RED CROSS CERTIFICATION CLASSES

ADULT AND PEDIATRIC CPR/AED/FIRST AID TRAINING—BLENDED

This American Red Cross class will teach you skills to save a life. You will learn how to administer CPR, use an AED, and perform first aid. This class will be a blended class with some materials done online prior to the in person skills session. Upon successful completion of this class, you will be Red Cross certified for 2 years. LIFEGUARD TRAINING—BLENDED The Lifeguarding course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies in both shallow and deep water. Participants will also learn how to provide professional-level care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries and sudden illnesses, until EMS personnel take over. This class is taught in a blended learning format, and the assigned online portion must be completed prior to each instructor-led session. Participants who successfully complete this course receive an American Red Cross certificate for Lifeguarding (including deep water) with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid valid for 2 years. BABYSITTER TRAINING Learn the responsibilities of babysitting through this American Red Cross class. This class will teach leadership skills, supervision techniques, safety, emergency and first aid care, personal safety, feeding infants and young children along with the business aspect of babysitting.
