HEALTH CARE REIMBURSEMENTS Shakopee Community Center supports various insurance reimbursement programs. Contact your insurance company for requirements and eligibility. Not all plans by providers include the fitness reimbursement benefit. Once eligible, go to www.nihicarewards.org to register. memberships to Medicare-eligible members with Humana, Medica and select UCare health plans. Membership includes free use of the Community Center and basic fitness classes. Silver & Fit® Medicare-eligible members of Blue Cross Blue Shield of MN and Health Partners may be eligible for a free membership to enjoy the use of the Community Center, as well as basic fitness classes. Monthly Membership Rates Patrons with Monthly Memberships must enter a one-year agreement. The monthly fee will be deducted from either your savings or checking account on the first of each month. An enrollment fee of $30 applies to all Monthly Memberships.
