K.I.D.S. (KIDS IN DEVELOPMENTAL SPORTS) This program allows participants to learn the basic rules and fundamentals for different sports. GO GYMNASTICS Go Gymnastics is a mobile gymnastics program for girls and boys that is a wonderful way to introduce children to physical activity by focusing on strength, flexibility, coordination, body awareness and self-confidence.
