Caractéristiques Générales Ces câbles plats sont composés de 2 conducteurs en cuivre non chauffant, acheminant l’alimentation 230V sur toute la longueur. L’effet thermique est assuré par le passage du courant d’un conducteur à l’autre à travers une infinité de résistances parallèles composées d’un polymère semi-conducteur extrudé dont la principale caractéristique est la variation de sa résistivité. Cela permet d’éviter toute destruction par surchauffe en cas de mauvaise installation. Installation et Utilisation Ces kits de câble chauffant sont conçus pour protéger les tuyauteries contre le gel et leur éclatement. Avec l’intégration d’une prise moulée et d’un thermostat hors gel à consigne fixe, L’installation est simplifiée au maximum avec une sécurité optimale. Le câble sera installé longitudinalement le long de la tuyauterie grâce à nos adhésives fibres de verre FT02 . En cas de montage sur tuyauterie plastique ou PVC, il sera fortement recommandé d’installer une bande adhésif aluminium AT03 sous et sur le câble chauffant pour permettre un bon transfert thermique vers la tuyauterie.
