FRANCA MANCINELLI three texts
Franca Mancinelli (born in Fano, Italy, 1981) has had her first two books of verse, Mala kruna (2007) and Pasta madre ( Mother Dough , 2013), awarded several prizes in Italy, now republished together as A un’ora di sonno da qui ( At an Hour’s Sleep from Here , 2018). In 2018 also appeared her collection of prose poems, Libretto di transito , translated by John Taylor as T he Little Book of Passage and published by The Bitter Oleander Press. She has participated in international projects, such as the Chair Poet in Residence (Kolkata, India, 2019) and Refest: Images and Words on Refugee Routes . From this latter experiencewas bornher Taccuino croato ( CroatianNotebook ), now published in Come tradurre la neve ( How to Translate the Snow , 2019).

THEKLA KRAUßENECK Cronos Cube (novel excerpt)
Thekla Kraußeneck (born in Berlin, 1987) has worked for many years as an independent journalist for the largest German national daily newspaper, the Süddeutsche Zeitung . Cronos Cube is her debut novel. On the website www.cronoscube.de she is building an information portal that introduces a virtual reality in the style of a text game. When she is not writing, drawing or growing extra-spicy chillies, then she is probably twittering, right now… (@wintermohn).
