A whale lands on the beach

noise in pools of a door rattling open - the creak and spur of sound arising out of the deep. crabs scuttled for landfall dodging justice sideways. they climbed trees for their coconuts and ate birds alive. the mango plants shed their leaves like toiletpaper and the lighthouse far off gave out a sounding wail. and another noise, not quite of thunder, more of sound

and the belly shed its load lightly and tumbled onto sand.
