THE MIRACLE OF THE BRAIN The great scientist Rao Bish upended the entire world of science. The central notion of his teaching was the idea that the cerebral brain must be transformed into a spinal one. Evolution had developed erroneously, and it must be corrected by the collective efforts of science and the helping hand of culture. At first, everything proceded according to plan, and the spinal brain developed and produced a dorsal-brained being that grew progessively more elongated, and this was already in itself a step towards immortality.
