Drives Warranty Coverage and Technical Support

Warranty Coverage Warranty period is 36 months after shipment from the company. This includes all drives, panels and 18 Pulse / MultiPulse panels. Before calling the Post Sales Service number to determine war- ranty status, the drive serial number will be required. The serial number is located on the drive nameplate. Out-of-Warranty Procedures When the defective part has been identified, contact your local authorized GE standard drives distributor to order a replacement part .
