Warranty Coverage and Technical Support

Warranty Coverage Warranty period is 36 months after shipment from the company. This includes all drives, panels and 18 Pulse / MultiPulse panels, but does not include the DV300 DC Drives. The DV300 DC Drives have a warranty period of 18 months after shipment only. Before calling the Post Sales Service number to determine warranty status, the drive serial number will be required. The serial number is located on the drive nameplate. Extended Warranty Pricing (Excludes DV300 DC Drives) For an extended warranty period of 12 months, add 10% to the net price. For an extended warranty period of 24 months, add an additional 20% to the net price.

Out-of-Warranty Procedures When the defective part has been identified, contact your local authorized GE standard drives distributor to order a replacement part.
