When it comes to cheese, pairing purists gravitate to the tried and true.

Like a charcuterie board with cheese + cured meats. Or cheese + fruit. To that we say been there, done that. Instead, how about something a bit more unexpected...

We shopped the junk food and cookie aisles for all the best snacks – salty, sweet, chewy, crunchy. We chose five types of Green County cheese. And then we invited a group of taste testers to sample. The tasting panel considered harmonies like creamy with creamy, and contrasts like mellow vs spicy. They threw around words like buttery, savory, and wow. Shown are five combos that made the final cut. Voila! A pairing palooza to please every palate.
