Outpatient Addiction Services (920) 926-4200 Individual evaluations, specific programming, individual therapy and group therapy are available for any adolescent or adult with a demonstrated need for addiction services. An addiction psychologist, family counselor and AODA counselors provide a full continuum of care to patients, including working with family and friends and utilizing a wide range of community resources. Specific programs include:

● Day treatment ● Intensive outpatient treatment ● Relapse prevention group ● Family treatment ● Adolescent substance abuse program ● Dual diagnosis treatment

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00-8:00 pm, Friday 8:00-4:00 pm

Services:

Convenient Care treats patients on a walk-in basis with acute health illnesses or injuries. No appointments needed. Laboratory and X-ray services available. This is a less costly option when an illness or injury is not life threatening or an emergency.

Self-pay or billed to insurance.

Monday-Friday: 7:30am-8:00pm Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am-5:00pm
