An alternative to bed side rails, the Posey soft rails help prevent lucid patients at risk from falls from rolling out of bed, while allowing sufficient space for patient comfort. The adjustable bolster attaches with hook and loop and can be positioned to accommodate individual resident needs or may be completely removed for patient transfer. POSEY® ROLL GUARDSWITH VINYL COVER

An alternative to bed side rails, the Posey roll guard allows easy bed entry and exit, while helping to protect lucid patients from falling out of bed. The roll guard easily attaches to the bed frame with quick-release buckles and gives patients a maximum sleeping surface. The roll guard may also be used as a pressure relieving positioning aid to help increase patient comfort. The vinyl inner pil- lows may be removed and wiped clean with liquid disinfectant.
