Medline/Medical Mart has developed a series of educational DVD programs that targets the front line workers. All programs follow RNAO Best Practice Guidelines and comply with the MOH Standards and the Long-Term Care Act. These programs are to assist homes with their own programs focusing on Residents First. They will enable staff with knowledge, training and tools to support them in making quality improvements aimed at enhancing safety and promoting changes that make a positive difference in the well being of your residents.
