Customer Service Response:

186 calls were made during December. The questions asked focused on measurable

customer service actions.

Respondents were asked to rate the customer service provided by our medics on a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 being the best 93.10 of the patients rated the customer service they received at a 5 and 6.90% rated their service at a 4. The average rating overall was 4.95 out of 5 for customer service. The response we obtained from our customers is evidence of the great medics we have and the tremendous job they do each and every day.

 “They were very kind and compassionate, and went above and beyond just taking care of me.”

 “I am driving up to the hospital now, but I can say they were just incredible, amazing the way they cared for my husband. Literally saved his life. My husband and I can't say enough about how much we appreciate them.”

 “The medics were super, and they gave me so many hugs and they were supportive in my time of sorrow. They were extraordinary medics absolutely superb.”

 “They made me feel like family, making sure that we were all good. They tried to make me feel better and was a little amusing. Thank you so much for calling and caring.”
