Customer Service Response:

299 calls were made during March The questions asked focused on measurable

customer service actions.

Respondents were asked to rate the customer service provided by our medics on a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 being the best 82.65% of the patients rated the customer service they received at a 5 and 13.27% rated their service at a 4. The average rating overall was 4.74 out of 5 for customer service.

The response we obtained from our customers is evidence of the great medics we have and the

tremendous job they do each and every day.

 “They are the best, make sure they know just how wonderful they are.”

 “They arrived promptly, were professional and curious They knew what they were doing, and did it very well. I am his son, and an ER Doctor and I have no complaints what so ever. On a scale of 1-10 I rate them a 10.”  “They were good, and I appreciated them taking time to talk to my doctor when he called after arrived. They also relayed information to the hospital before we got there. I really appreciated that.”  “Very informative and thorough, very curious, and professional. They made me feel comfortable the that my husband was in good hands. Thank you for having such wonderful people to take care of him and than you for the call.”
