JOIN IN THE FUN

We believe teams that play together, stay together. That’s why we make it a priority to offer a variety of events throughout the year. Whether it’s our summer happy hour series or our signature themed holiday parties, we see these events as a time to strengthen relationships and enhance the unique culture that we value so highly.

HOLIDAY PARTY

News travels fast, but if you haven’t heard by now, Bridgewater Bank’s holiday parties are consistently off the charts. Whether it’s a night of rock ‘n’ roll at The Fillmore Minneapolis or a Speakeasy Soiree at the Wabasha Street Caves, you’re in for a night of good vibes and good company.

FAMILY DAY EVENT

Hosted each fall, all families are invited to participate in a day filled with family fun. We know many of you have families and appreciate the opportunity to mingle together; therefore, we created the annual Family Day Event. You never know if it’ll be at an apple orchard, pumpkin patch or where it may be, but you do know it’ll be fun and unconventional.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

If you like giving back, you’ve come to the right place. There are endless ways at BWB to get involved and impact the greater good. Whether it’s serving lunch at a local homeless shelter or teaching students about financial literacy, there’s an offering for everyone. Our employees donate countless hours, services and goods to the communities we serve every year. It’s pretty inspiring.
