will be marked as sold in the store and the original price will be hidden for customer 4) Delivery to the deposited delivery address or optionally to a customer address 5) Payment by invoice or direct debit - 10 days net

Mediation The merchant receives an individually generated QR discount code to issue to potential customers. STEINBILD provides the discount code to the merchant in several ways: Digital voucher card to send to potential customers Voucher card in credit card format Sticker to attach to various print media (STEINBILD catalog, flyer...) The individual voucher code contains a discount of 10% for the end customer when shopping on the STEIN BILD website. The STEINBILD partner receives 15% commission on all sales generated by his individual discount code on the STEINBILD website. Not commissionable are delivery and installation costs as well as the costs for the STEINBILD certificate. STEINBILD shall notify the merchant by email of the amount of the accrued commission by the 15th of the follo wing month at the latest. The merchant will then issue an invoice to STEINBILD, which will be processed by STEIN BILD within 7 working days.  

General parntership information

The STEINBILD Partner is entitled to call himself STEINBILD Partner in the external representation. The STEINBILD GTC apply - see https://steinbild.gallery/pages/agb The discounts and classifications specified in the dealer agreement shall become valid upon confirmation by STEINBILD via email. The activation of the individual dealer conditions usually takes place within two working days. Discounts or vou chers cannot be combined with each other. The STEINBILD dealer is entitled to use the STEINBILD logo on his website. The agreed dealer discount is only valid as long as the pictures are presented in the exhibition. The dealer discount can be changed/reduced upwards or downwards depending on the number of pictures exhibited. The number of exhibited pictures has to be proven by photo. The STEINBILD dealer receives a personalized dealer certificate.
