Purchase/Sale The dealer buys STEINBILDER in the store with his individual dealer discount and sells them to end customers at the sales price determined by himself. Procedure

1) Selection of the STEINBILDER on the website in the personal login 2) Sending of the selection/wish list by the dealer to STEINBILD 3) ORDER CONFIRMATION BY STEINBILD – STEINBILDER

will be marked as sold in the store and the original price will be hidden for customer 4) Delivery to the deposited delivery address or optionally to a customer address 5) Payment by invoice or direct debit - 10 days net

Mediation The merchant receives an individually generated QR discount code to issue to potential customers. STEINBILD provides the discount code to the merchant in several ways: Digital voucher card to send to potential customers Voucher card in credit card format Sticker to attach to various print media (STEINBILD catalog, flyer...) The individual voucher code contains a discount of 10% for the end customer when shopping on the STEIN BILD website. The STEINBILD partner receives 15% commission on all sales generated by his individual discount code on the STEINBILD website. Not commissionable are delivery and installation costs as well as the costs for the STEINBILD certificate. STEINBILD shall notify the merchant by email of the amount of the accrued commission by the 15th of the follo wing month at the latest. The merchant will then issue an invoice to STEINBILD, which will be processed by STEIN BILD within 7 working days.  
