Green-Wood Cemetery , Brooklyn, NY

A monument conservation program for historic Green-Wood Cemetery; Researched and developed Saved in Time, a monument conservation program for the historic cemetery; Prepared scopes of work, Requests for Proposals and supervised multiple projects on site.

The Bedell House , Old Bethpage, NY Architectural and Engineering Design Services for salvage and integration into new multi-use replica structure. In coordination with the salvage of historic decorative components, original windows will be retrofitted for reuse in addition to doors, trim and decorative features.

Liberty Hall , Union, NJ Research and analysis for grant funded project to remove the existing slate roof and restore to original condition including installation of a new slate roof in accordance with NJHT and NJSPO.

Old Town Hall , Town of Babylon, Babylon, NY Diagnostic review and conditions assessment, restoration cost analysis, documentation, development of plans and specifications and construction management for exterior restoration, roof, facades, cornice, window energy retrofitting and drainage systems.

Private Residence , Bedminster, NJ Investigation of portion of home removed in the early 20 th century which was the basis for outlining a plan to reconstruct this wing and restore the remaining structure.
