In this chapter, we present scientific reports and papers related to our technology. The first is a paper written by Karl-Magnus Drake from the Preservation Department of the National Archives of Sweden after they tested the Piql workflow. This paper is followed by scientific reports on piqlFilm and piql- Box, which have both undergone extensive testing to ensure they have the qualities required for long-term digital preservation. Note that in some reports Piql is referred to as “Archivator” or MiLoS”. These are the names of two R&D projects, but were sometimes used to refer to the solution before we introduced the Piql name.
