What is “The Vines”?

The Vines is PEI Liquor’s fine wine program which features a selection of 200 allocated and awarded products from across the globe. There seems to be a misconception or mystery surrounding the Vines room at the Oaktree Store (Store #102); it is located off to the side, lighting is a bit dimmer and at first glance it has a bit of an upscale feel.
