Cranberry Spice Mulled Wine Makes 6 INGREDIENTS 1 bottle Rossignol Cranberry Delight 2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice 1 star anise pod 1 cinnamon stick 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg 2 cloves 1 x 1-inch piece of fresh ginger ¼ cup honey (or to taste) 6 oz Grand Marnier Orange slices for serving DIRECTIONS

In a large dutch oven, combine everything ex- cept the honey and Grand Marnier. Stir together well, then warm gently over low heat. Bring to a simmer, then stir in the honey (as much or a little as you like). Stir in the Grand Marnier, then Serve right away in warm mugs with a slice of orange to garnish.
