POMEGRANATE MIMOSA

INGREDIENTS 2 oz pomegranate juice 1 oz Matos Orange Liqueur 2 oz Lavit Rosado Brut Pomegranate arils and rosemary sprig for garnish DIRECTIONS Pour the pomegranate juice and orange liqueur into a chilled champagne flute, then stir to combine. Top off with the sparkling wine, then add a few pomegranate arils and a sprig of rosemary for garnish.
