Dear Mr. Abbott,

It is my pleasure to present the Prince Edward Island Cannabis Management Corporation’s Annual Report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The past year has been one of continued progress for PEICMC. In fiscal 2025–26, we achieved total sales of $28.8 million, net income of $2.6 million, and excise tax revenues of $ 3.9 million.

As a provincial Crown corporation, we remain committed to operating with integrity, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility to Islanders. We continue to provide a safe, accessible, and well-regulated cannabis retail system while delivering valued financial returns to the Province and ensuring Islanders have safe access to legal cannabis products. This year, we focused on strengthening our retail operations, enhancing the customer experience, improving efficiency, and ensuring Islanders have access to a diverse selection of legal cannabis products. Responsible cannabis use and public health also remain central to our mandate, supported through responsible retail practices, education, and collaboration with our partners.

Our employees are at the heart of our success. Their knowledge, professionalism, and dedication are essential to serving Islanders and moving our organization forward.

Looking ahead, PEICMC will continue to build on our progress, embrace innovation, and adapt to an evolving retail environment. Above all, we remain committed to responsible stewardship and delivering a high standard of service to Islanders. I extend my sincere thanks to our employees, Board of Directors, suppliers, and community partners for their continued dedication and support. I am proud of what we have accomplished together and look forward to the opportunities ahead.
