Mr Bertil Olsson, Chief Executive Officer and board member. Mr Olsson was born on the11 of June 1944 in Åmål, Sweden. Mr Olsson is holding an M.B.A in economics from the university of Gothenburg, Sweden. He was during 1971-78 holding the position as Controller of Torwerk AB. During 1978-86 he was managing partner and principal owner of a private accounting and tax advising company. From 1986-1998 he was conducting diplomacy work in the Vatican. He was from 1994 - 1998 in charge of residency and financial common issues between Russia and the Vatican. From 1999 - 2004 he has acted as a senior financial and business consultant to major European companies. From 2005 - at present Mr. Olsson has been investment advisor as well as a board member in different European and U.S. companies with focus on structured products and other financial instruments such as Corporate Bonds for project financing. At present Mr. Olsson is Chairman of the board of Turnpoint Global Inc, USA Mr. Bo Falkman Chief Operating Officer and board member. Mr. Falkman was born on the 11 of February 1958, in Rämmen, Sweden. Mr. Falkman founded one of the leading Swedish hockey agencies, today Adviselab AB, during the early 1980ies. He acted as senior advisor to the Swedish hockey team Malmoe Redhawks from 1988 and during the 90ies. And was a part of the success building of the team. During the period 1995/96 Mr. Falkman acted in a leading management position for the first “European Hockey League”. During the decade 2000-2010, Mr. Falkman acted as member of the board and as well as Chairman of the Board for the Environiq group. Mr. Falkman is at present holding several boards non and executive member positions in private companies in Switzerland, Ireland and Sweden. Mr. Falkman is as well CEO of Turnpoint Global Inc, USA.

An independent non-executive board member will be elected during first quarter of 2012.
