1.10. Operating on a national basis, HSS provides its services for clients across a diverse range of sectors, which predominantly include the following:

1.15. HSS operates from premises based in Telford, Shropshire, which are leased to the Company by a private landlord for £840 per annum. 1.16. Our Client has advised that the Company is not reliant on its current site and could be relocated to alternative premises, should a buyer prefer this. 1.17. The acquisition of the Company presents an excellent opportunity for other health and safety consultancy providers to expand their service offering and gain a loyal client base. 1.18. 1.11. The Company currently has 62 active clients, some of whom have worked with the business for over 16 years.

MANAGEMENTAND EMPLOYEES

1.12. HSS is run by the Director, who is supported by an experienced Quality & Standards Manager.

1.13. The Company relies on a network of experienced

subcontractors, as and when they are required, to deliver specific services relating to ISO and health and safety.

1.14. Additional site visits are supported by a self-employed Consultant.
