A cover to Saigon, Vietnam, on reverse bearing Japanese stamps 1s x 2, 2s x 3 and 4s x 3, both tied by ‘HONG KONG’ Japanese type cds, The overprinted ‘Hong Kong Government’ in Japanese char.
