Photo HK$ 2,500 - 3,000 21 1922 The Shanghai Municipal Council stamp 50c carmine, with design Cavalier at the center and with wordings ‘ S.L.H./POSTAL SERVICE/ HUNG JAO/1922.' as 4 lines. The Council had a volunteer corps staffed by British Offices to protect Shanghai from War Lords, tied by double ring 'SHANGHAI LIGHT HORSE/APRIL, 1922' in blue.
