Bearing ICP Coiling Dragon 2c tied by ‘FOOCHOW’ Dollar chop, alongside Japanese Koban 1s green x 2, one stamp surface defects, both tied by illegible ‘SHANGHAI/I.J.P.O/18.3.89’ cds, on reverse with ‘SHANGHAI/18.3.98’ Dollar chop x 2, and ‘PHILADELPHIA/14.4.98’ arrival cancel, a few minor tears at the edges, but harmless to any stamps or cancel.
