A mixed franking cover to New Jersey, USA, bearing Dowager small figures surcharged 5c on 5 cands and Small Dragon small figures surcharged 5c on 5 cands, both tied by very neat and rare ‘TAKU’ Dollar chop in black, alongside HK QV 5c blue in pair, tied by small single ring ‘SHANGHAE’ Webb type C, date unclear, on reverse with ‘MOORESTOWN/26.9.98’ arrival cds.
