Tientsin Print Train and Postal Runner $18 x 5 vertical strip of three on right, all 3 stamps show variety imperf. on right and Shanghai print Postal runner $10, paying correct ordinary mail rate at $100, on reverse of 1949 (22 Nov.) envelope to Tientsin, cancelled by “HOKIAO” (和橋) bilingual cds with “year” removed and additionally tied by Tientsin arrival machine roller cancel. A very rare post-liberation usage of Nationalist cancellation with “ year” removed. Yang EC412var and EC436.
