3055 另一件廣州解放當日趕上尾班機的實寄封 Another Letter that caught the last flight out from Canton on Liberation Day​ ​

A cover mailed to Hong Kong from Canton on 14th October 1949. It was franked with one revenue stamp overprinted as a 20 fen basic currency stamp and two 16 fen Dr. SYS Hwa Nan Print basic currency stamps. 52 fen of postage included 5 fen for ordinary mail, 10 fen for airmail fee, 35 fen for double registered fee to Hong Kong (as international mail), with 2 fen excess postage. Canton was liberated on 14th October 1949. This cover proves that amid intensive gunfire on the Day of Liberation, the post offices in Canton operated as usual and even provided international airmail and registered mail services.​ 所示的實寄封是1949年10月14日由廣州寄香港，貼印花改基數郵票20分1枚、華南版孫中山像基數郵票16分2枚，合共52 分郵資。其時平信5分、航空10分，香港雙掛35分(與國際相同)共50分，溢貼2分，這是廣州解放當日的航空雙掛封, 此封 足可佐證，在炮火連天的解放當日, 廣州郵局營運如常, 甚至連航空、掛號服務也可提供。​ HK$ 25,000 - 30,000
