Chukentan was an Agency Office (Class 2C) – again a proof of the success of the “tri-preservation” policy at the agency level. 1949 年12月7日寄自竹根灘 (49.11.11) ,1950年1月2日經重慶 (49.11.30), 1950年1月18日抵達 上海 (49.05.27), 上貼東川銀元5分 一枚, 符合國內平信郵資。竹根灘是郵櫃等紀的郵局, 這可佐證” 三保留” 策略在最低層的郵局也戍功運行。​
