1301 1906 (3 July) A picture postcard, on front with Navigation and Commerce 1c olive, tied by double ring ‘SAIGON-CENTRAL’/ COCHINCHINE’ cds, on reverse with postage due 10c brown tied by the same cancel and plus different types of military chops on several fragments stuck on back side, an unique item which maybe travelled as many as 4-5 times as the recipient could not be found in different military bases.
