1301 1906 (3 July) A picture postcard, on front with Navigation and Commerce 1c olive, tied by double ring ‘SAIGON-CENTRAL’/ COCHINCHINE’ cds, on reverse with postage due 10c brown tied by the same cancel and plus different types of military chops on several fragments stuck on back side, an unique item which maybe travelled as many as 4-5 times as the recipient could not be found in different military bases. GOUVERMEMENT GENERAL DE L’INDOCHINE printed cover to Hanoi, franked on front with France 10c red, tied by SAIGON CENTRAL COCHINCHINE cds of 7 Jan. 1910 with HANOI backstamp of 12 JAN 10, fine; plus Payment Receipt each franked with Indochine Francaise Timbre Fiscal surcharge 18c on 20c or 36c on 40c, tied by oval bank chop in violet; another Ville De Cholon receipt franked with 10c revenue, obliterated; condition above average.
