A wrapper sent from Shanghai to England, bearing SYS Shanghai Dah Tung flat plate print $100 yellow brown, Gold Yuan surcharged on revenue stamps, $200 on $50 blue and $2,000 on $300 green in pair, total rate $4,300. This postage rate was valid from 1st April to 10th April 1949 as international air mail service, after 11th April 1949, the international air mail postage rate was increased to $12,600, very fine.
