Photo HK$ 1,000 - 1,400 2096 1947 (11 May) A Postage Due postcard from Shanghai to USA, bearing CNC Third Shanghai Union surcharge $100 on 8c on SYS New York print, and $200 on $4 on SYS London print, tied by bilingual ‘SHANGHAI’ cds, alongside ‘T’ Postage Due mark with char. ‘Shanghai’ aside, the postcard rate to overseas was $700 effective on 1st March to 30th June 1947.
