7.3 Governance systems and processes

7.3.1 Opportunity: Adapt governance systems and processes

Strategies • Provide clearer policies and guidelines to volunteers, regions and branches about financial accountability, governance and meeting procedures, procedures for validating regional representatives’ mandates when representing members’ views on the Board, public engagements under the WESSA banner, and general codes of conduct of members • The Board can amend the rules and procedures manual (see extract from MOI below)
