2025 saw many changes for the FBINAA retail store. In April, the retail department began offering customized knives by Humble Beginnings, a family owned, small business that creates high-quality, gorgeous pieces that blend art and functionality. Additionally, premium-quality 3D wood badges and insignias were made available by Serenity Woodworks, an active-duty military, family-owned business. In June, FN American Firearms began producing two firearms able to be customized with the NA seal. Shortly after, KB Emblem Company joined our list of suppliers for patches and coins in July. Finally, although they’ve been a longstanding partner with the FBINAA, SymbolArts became the provider for the NA’s current-in-session patches, pins, and coins. In September, the FBINAA welcomed a new Retail Operations Manager, Jaxi Stout, who has nearly two decades of business management and customer service experience. In 2025, the retail store processed 5,896 transactions in the brick-and-mortar location. Through online retailers, over 700 additional transactions were processed. Your support is instrumental in continuing the mission of the FBINAA, and we thoroughly appreciate your business!
