1 DEFLAGRATING SPOON - SUPERIOR Good quality deflagrating spoon, with a steel spoon welded to a long offset handle. Complete with 90mm diameter aluminium convex cap, and cork to hold cap in place at the required height. Used for lowering hot or burning samples into a gas jar filled with a specific gas, to demonstrate deflagration. The cap forms a basic seal at the top of the gas jar, to contain the contents. Can also be used in the same way as a combustion spoon. Overall length 400mm.
