2 LASCELLS DIGITAL SIGNAL GENERATOR The Lascells Digital Signal Generator is simple to use and has a robust, sleek design utilising an extruded aluminium casing with tough ABS end caps, with a precision LCD display. A full frequency range from 0.1Hz to 100kHz can be generated. The apparatus uses a digital microprocessor to synthesise an analogue waveform. Since the microprocessor also controls the output amplitude, wave profile and displays, there is perfect correlation between the displayed parameters and the signal available at the output sockets. The system also allows the full frequency range to be covered with one control and no range switches. However, should you need to jump frequency levels quickly, either up or down, this can simply be done by the push of a button. Signal output can be to an oscilloscope, via the high impedance 4mm output sockets, or a high-power amplified signal to a loudspeaker or

1 IPC SIGNAL GENERATOR AND AMPLIFIER This combined signal generator and amplifier can be used in 2 different modes - as a Signal Generator with amplifier or as a stand-alone Amplifier. Uses include driving a Loudspeaker or Vibration Generator and amplifying external signals. Housed in a robust powder coated steel casing. In Signal Generator Mode the unit can provide Sine, Square or Triangle output waveforms via a rotary switch. Output frequen cy ranges from 0.1 Hz to 100 kHz and is adjusted via a frequency range switch and a fine adjustment control. The output frequency is shown continuously on the LED display. Output can be as a low or high impedance signal, via 4mm sockets, depending on the requirement. In Amplifier Mode the unit can be used to amplify external signals. The signal to be amplified is input via 4 mm sockets and then output as an amplified signal to a loudspeaker etc.
