Imminence of harm. The threat of harm must be imminent, and the threatened party must have no present means of protection. It must cause the threatened person to do what there was no legal obligation to do. Dale v. Simon , 267 S.W. 467, 470 (Tex. Comm’n App. 1924, judgm’t adopted); Creative Manufacturing, Inc. v.
